Raw Chocolate Cheesecake

I had my eye on this recipe since it's been published as I have always been keen on the pistachio and chocolate combination.

Finally I made them for the bake sale helping to raise money for Hillside Animal Sanctuary.

I only tasted bit and pieces left over after I finished filling in the moulds and it was yummy.
